Summary
At Leader Bank, Receptionists help create an environment and culture that enables us to fulfill our mission of providing exceptional client service. We're currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill this full-time role and rise to the challenge.
The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience working closely with their teammates in a fast-paced office setting. This person will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk. With a knack for keeping cool under pressure and juggling competing priorities, the Receptionist will be counted on as a core team member who represents the values of Leader Bank.
The role will float between our two offices in Arlington, MA located on 180 Massachusetts Avenue and 864 Massachusetts Avenue, Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM (and overtime as needed).
Responsibilities

  • Generate a positive impression of our organization by welcoming all visitors and team members, responding to requests, and supporting teammates and others within the organization.
  • Open the office; greet visitors in a friendly manner; answer and redirect phone calls; manage mail, faxes, and shipments; send and respond to emails; manage printing and copying.
  • Oversee standard office equipment and supplies (such as printer, ink, toner, and paper), and report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and organize catering, as requested.
  • Daily organization of all loans and notes, and record them into our systems; scan all incoming loan documents for our walk-in clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams within the Bank including HR, Marketing, and Retail Banking on a variety of projects and tasks.


Qualifications

  • This position requires a schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM, and overtime when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and harmoniously with all levels of team members within the organization.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Some internet/e-mail experience; ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to lift packages with weight up to 40 lbs.
  • Notary Public a plus.
