Summary: The Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks in support of the CCG team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Provide general support to visitors and employees with whom they are meeting
- Answer incoming calls
- Oversee visitor sign-ins and visitor badge distribution
- Maintains general facility appearance
- Assists in entry and submission of expense reports for VPs
- Assists HR with coordination and greeting of new hires
- Other duties as required
Desired Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 Years office administration experience
