What you'll be doing...

The receptionist is the very public face of Northwest Administrators. Providing superior customer service is a primary goal and the receptionist plays a significant role in meeting that goal. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and routing them as appropriate
  • Taking messages, rerouting calls, routing faxes and deliveries
  • Assist walk in customers who have arrived with or without appointments
  • Open and close tasks related to switch board operations and the reception area
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned
