Are you looking for an exciting hands-on learning opportunity to supplement your studies? CHANEL Denmark is currently looking for a skilled, well-organized, and motivated Receptionist & Office assistant

We’re looking for a service minded and flexible individual with a true passion for customer service. Located at our Copenhagen Head office, your role is to manage our front desk on a daily basis, and to perform a variety of administrative office tasks. As a Receptionist and Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our Company and therefore, you present a positive energy and foster a spirit of team collaboration. You are a flexible person with great multitasking skills who is also able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

The position is a part-time role, and you are expected to work 20 hours a week.

THE IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

  • Welcoming visitors at the front desk in accordance with the high standards of CHANEL
  • Receiving and sorting of all mailing, supplies, equipment
  • Assistance with deliveries and send-outs for the whole office
  • Ensuring visual excellence of the reception area
  • Preparing meetings and training rooms with all necessary equipment and catering if needed
  • Ordering all type of office and boutique supplies (print products, etc.) and keeping inventory of stock
  • Being responsible for all catering inquiries for the Office (cleaning support during the day, set up/off catering for internal meetings/trainings/events/breakfasts etc.)
  • Organization of canteen lunch for office employees
  • Onboarding of new office employee regarding the shared office responsibility
  • Assistance in the planning of internal events
  • Assistance in the planning of seminars, external events, and visits if needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You bring a strong set of interpersonal skills, which is essential as the role involves close liaison with all functions and business teams across our entire organization
  • As a person, you are approachable, proactive, detail-orientated, thoroughly and structured in your work
  • Preferably you have an experience from a comparable job
  • Experience in organizing office events on a smaller scale is a bonus
  • Qualification in administrative management/organization
  • Strong communication skills in English and Danish both orally and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and being flexible and spontaneous
  • Customer service attitude
