CWS has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first impression of our Company and is expected to be courteous, professional, and helpful. While the Receptionist is primarily responsible for the personal interaction with residents, clients and CWS team members, you would also be expected to perform a wide variety of administrative functions. This position is responsible for providing office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office; clerical duties which support business operations; and successfully servicing customers. In addition, the Receptionist contributes to the security of the organization by helping monitor the access of visitors.
What will I be doing?
• Welcome and greet all visitors, in person or on the telephone, in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Handle a high volume of resident calls and/or emails; responsible for directing the call to the correct department or individual as needed
• Monitor multiple corporate email accounts
• Retrieve, sort, and distribute mail daily
• Ship and receive packages and parcels; prepare weekly inter-office mail to all remote locations
• Monitor and manage scheduling of conference room calendars
• Order lunches for groups or meetings, including laying out and ensuring clean up
•Maintain company directory and distribute monthly
• Maintain office equipment and schedule routine maintenance
• Order, stock, and maintain office, shipping, and breakroom supplies
• Enter building maintenance requests as needed
• Maintain office and common areas, including breakrooms accordingly
•Occasional errands for the office.
• Assist Human Resources Department with administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role
- High School diploma
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and current automobile insurance
