Join a top team in Private Banking at LGT Bank, Zweigniederlassung Österreich, in Salzburg, Austria. You'll be vital to our front office.
- Reception and support of guests, clients (m/f/d) and business partners (m/f/d)
- Execution of cash disbursements
- Handing over customer mail stored in the bank
- Preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms
- Coordinating, answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Responsible for mail, travel bookings
Requirements
- Minimum education (A-levels) ideally in tourism, outstanding verbal and written expression skills as well as very good MS Office skills
- Experience in the reception/secretarial field in a company or in the tourism sector with a demanding clientele would be an advantage
- Proficiency in interacting with people, high customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills
- Professional, very well-groomed appearance and polite manners
- Organizational talent and ability to work in a team coupled with a high degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
