ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (A summary of the purpose of the position)
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Receive, screen and process telephone calls/ facsimiles/internal and external.
- Provide services in the reception area.
- Handle confidential and controlled documents (complaints, financial reports, performance appraisal, etc.)
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
EDUCATIONAL or EQUIVALENT REQUIREMENTS: (Minimum required to perform the job)
- Associate degree or Technical College Degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-4 years of office administration experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must.
