Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming shipments to verify the contents and conditions.

  • Compare the contents of shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.

  • Conduct visual inspection and report any damaged or missing items.

  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to resolve any discrepancies between orders placed and items received.

  • Ensure proper handling of items during unpacking and storing procedures to maintain product integrity.

  • Assist in inventory audits and physical count as required to maintain accurate stock levels.

  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures when handling goods and operating equipment.

  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in a receiving, warehouse, or logistics role

  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data

  • Solid understanding of safety regulations

  • Basic math and recording abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Great communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Forklift experience is required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to quick changes

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
