Job Description

Main objective of the job:

  • Coordinates all commercial topics in line with customer requirements for top OEM/non-top OEM, Tier customers in an international environment.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Collection and dispute management;
  • Allocation of deviations to GB and clarification of deviations;
  • Issue of credit/debit note for external customers; 
  • Invoices special revenue (including tooling, application and calibration costs, logistics);
  • Processes warranty claim credit notes;
  • Tracks and monitors sales targets and measurement of sales performance;
  • Analyses credit worthiness;
  • Calculates and Monitors credit responsibility for cross-GB customers (including decision for advance payment or delivery stop);
  • Supports cross-divisional receivables topics;
  • Supports creation and maintenance of customer master data;
  • Supports general/non project specific customer requirements (e.g. logistics).
  • Coordinates access and manages customer portals for Bosch users;
  • Customer price entry maintenance;
  • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
  • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

  • Studies: University or High school Diploma;
  • Business fluent English;
  • Previous work experience in commercial/receivables environment;
  • Interested to work in: SAP (SD and FI module), MS Office (Excel) package;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Experience in working in/with an international team;
  • Interested in offering support for sales/commercial activities;
  • Reliable and efficient;
  • Willing to travel (1-2 weeks/quarter).
