Senior Full Stack Developer (React and Java)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a focus on React (75%) and Java (25%). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Requirements:

• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.
• Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End:
  • Proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Back-End:
  • Solid experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Database:
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Tools & Others:
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm/yarn).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and Java.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade web applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other team ceremonies.
• Debug, test, and fix bugs and issues as they arise.
• Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.
