The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Diabetes Care team bringing the next generation digital products to life. As an R&D Project Manager you will be responsible for shepherding products through the product development lifecycle to commercialization. You will lead the delivery team, uncovering program interdependencies, owning updates to the Design History File, and managing initial development and tracking to schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to have an immediate and measurable impact!
What you’ll work on:
- Develop and own development program schedules for digital products, coordinating with functional leads for inputs, risk identification, and tracking
- Ownership of change strategy for product updates and releases
- Cross-functional coordination planning and delivery of Design History File deliverables
- Communication outside of R&D on Program timelines, commercialization strategies, risk mitigations, and technical inputs. Key partners include Quality, Regulatory, Product Management, PMO, and Marketing
What you’ll bring:
- Understanding of Design Control Processes and the Design History File, either from previous Program Management or R&D functional experience
- An excitement to use your experience to collaborate with others to determine innovative solutions to help bring products to market faster
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Device or tangential field, software experience is preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time, including internationally

The base pay for this position is
$83,000.00 – $166,000.00
