We are seeking an experienced Process Manager specializing within quality management systems like ISO9001 and ISO13485.

The team you will be part of

The Systems & Process Excellence team is a part of GN R&D and is committed to steer and facilitate R&D’s high level processes and systems improvement activities. Today these activities cover continuous development of our agile R&D development process, promoting GN’s enterprise product cyber security initiatives, hosting GN’s ISO 9001 certification as well as participating in selection, configuration and implementation of PLM systems and Repairability efforts. To prepare for the future we will need to invest further into process and quality management to support R&D Eco System Partnerships, Automation and AI initiatives.

Your contribution as a Process Manager is appreciated, and you will:

  • Ensure that Quality Management System (QMS) processes are established, documented, implemented and maintained.

  • Ensure coherence, documentation and awareness from high level development processes through development center down to development department processes.

  • Report on the QMS and process performance and where improvements are needed to management.

  • Ensure that everyone in the enterprise organisation is aware of:

  • Customer requirements

  • QMS intention and requirements

  • Develop and implement system changes as required to comply with changing ISO requirements.

  • Participate in management of the Internal Audit scheduling and internal auditing program.

  • Take ownership of improvement projects or processes of different maturity

  • Work closely with internal teams - R&D, IT, Product Management, Operations - and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient processes and solutions

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure engagement and efficiency. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate risks.

  • Build positive relationships with R&D customers, acting as a knowledgeable advocate for their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our processes to optimize engagement and project execution.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have solid experience in a data management role - ideally a project management position or similar role.

  • Naturally collaborate naturally with others to create results.

  • Are analytic and find importance in following rules and regulations.

  • Have experience with handling stakeholders within R&D, IT, Product Management and Operations.

  • Are an effective facilitator and change manager with the ability to understand and simplify processes.

  • Have advanced communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, regions, cultures and stakeholders.

  • Be equipped with problem-solving competencies in swiftly changing agile environments and able to navigate improvement projects with ease.

  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Have thorough knowledge and worked under of ISO9001 or ISO13485 e.g. as an ISO9001 Internal/Lead auditor

This role will require some travel, approximately 5-10 days per year. More travel days are optional but not a requirement.
