Job Description:

1. Plans and provide technical support to new product performance.
2. Develop product yield enhancement & quality improvement for NPI products. 
3. Develop approaches/experiments to fulfill product performance test – to cover corner cases to ensure product performance.
4. Define product functional test specification for production. Work with test development team to manage testing procedure and methodology Own and maintain test items and specification.

5. Demonstrate ability to analyze data, and use various problem solving methodology.

6. Provide timely & accurate reporting on product performance metrics. Use the metrics to provide suggestion for improvement if any.

7. Support failure analysis to bring new product performance into stability yield.
8. Modify test program, product firmware or application program as needed.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
