You will play a key role in bridging the gap between research & development (R&D) data and business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, analyse data, and recommend actionable solutions to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. You will work with various stakeholders within R&D to ensure data-driven approaches are effectively utilized for enhancing processes and maximizing business value.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Partner with R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with R&D and IT to ensure that business needs are being met through efficient data processes, models, and systems.
  • Help to create reports and dashboards that provide clear, concise insights to non-technical stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of automation tools and platforms that can streamline business operations within R&D.
  • Work with R&D to ensure that data solutions are aligned with broader organizational strategies and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity.

Education/Certifications:

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in a research and development (R&D) environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI is a plus)
