WHAT IS THIS EVENT?

RBC Capital Markets Culture Day for Students 2025 highlights our culture while creating an opportunity for first year college students to expand their RBC network and discover their passion. The day will spotlight the firm’s active Employee Resource Group network and our many student programs and internships across the U.S. Capital Markets platform.
The virtual global program will expose first year university and college students in the United States to RBC’s culture and provide opportunities to network across all businesses and levels.
On Friday, April 4th, 2025, students in the United States will participate in a virtual half-day program (10:00am-1:00pm ET) led in partnership with RBC’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which include:
- RWomen: fostering women’s professional development and career aspirations.
- RBC PRIDE: supporting and connecting LGBTQ+ community members and Allies.
- RBC Mosaic: embracing and promoting multicultural backgrounds.
- RVets: honoring and connecting Veterans and their families.
- RFuture: empowering employees and developing the next generation of leaders.
- RHeart: supporting and connecting those with visible/invisible disabilities and diverse abilities.
- RFamily: uniting colleagues with family care responsibilities and building a support system that helps employees thrive.
ALL first-year college students studying full-time at a U.S. college are encouraged to register!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO REGISTER?
- Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited university or college in the U.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2027 - Spring 2028*
- A keen interest in the financial services industry as well as diversity and inclusion
*This event is open to all first-year university and college students from all academic programs (Business, Commerce/Finance, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), and others).
