Job Description

Duties:

  • Define and build out the quantitative strategy for custom tax-managed equities products.
  • Create and build the research platform for custom tax-managed equities, in coordination with the broader Multi-Asset Strategies (MAS) research team.
  • In coordination with MAS head of research, develop long-term plans for custom tax-managed investing at Invesco.
  • Manage information and data services requirements and research platform programming.
  • Present and publish research processes and results internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Master’s degree in Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics or related quantitative field, including completion of graduate-level courses covering each of the following:
  • Asset Management
  • Mathematics for Financial Engineering
  • Corporate Finance
  • Fixed Income
  • Options and Futures
  • Statistics
  • Econometrics
  • Machine Learning
  • Financial Accounting
  • Financial Analytics
  • International Capital Markets
  • Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Invesco offices in New York, NY.  Must be available to travel to New York, NY regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours’ notice.
  • Salary range: $130,000 - $165,000 per year
