Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries and markets
- Building and maintaining analytical tools including scorecards, indicators and data screens
- Write research reports on related investment topics
- Build and maintain models and databases using financial technology, alternalive data, AI and ML
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Proven team player.
- Demonstrable passion for financial markets and drive to be part of a top ranked Equity Research team
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of macroeconomics, investment theory/fundamentals, data sources and analytical techniques
- Excellent writing skills
- Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in programming and data analysis
- Demonstrable experience and ability to multi task, prioritise and operate in a fast moving, challenging environment
- 4-5 years of experience in a financial services institution
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Mathematics
- Strongly motivated individual
- Excellent written and spoken communicator
