As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Business Banking Deposits and Cash Management Team, you will lead the development of control and exception reports to ensure our products function as designed. This high-exposure role offers opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and influence strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize work efficiently.
- Write SQL codes and develop Tableau reports to identify exceptions and deliver control reports.
- Ensure efficient code design for performance and consistency in reporting.
- Automate reporting elements and maintain documentation in Bitbucket.
- Mentor and coach a team of 4-5 FTEs, managing projects end-to-end.
- Make impactful decisions for business and team development.
- Solve complex business problems and support team growth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's in a quantitative discipline with Minimum 10 years in Data Transformation and Visualization.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to manage and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and databases, with stakeholder collaboration experience.
- Experience with large datasets, strong database skills, and SQL script optimization.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in an insights function at a financial services or consulting firm.
- Strong grasp of Cloud Technologies, AWS, Agile methodologies, and new technologies.
- Ability to tell data stories and predict customer behavior.
- Lifelong learner with a growth mindset, sharing knowledge with the team.
