As a Quant Analytics Analyst within the Audience Management team, you will partner with marketers to design and execute complex portfolio marketing campaigns. You will transform high-level information into detailed technical specifications, ensuring successful delivery of targeted audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute code to define customer populations for marketing campaigns.
- Design functional specification documents for campaign execution.
- Communicate with marketers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and timelines.
- Assess and resolve inconsistencies from multiple data sources.
- Validate, audit, and test program outputs to ensure alignment with original requests.
- Provide recommendations to improve code development and documentation procedures.
- Coordinate end-to-end process delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing Base SAS codes for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in related domains.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and interaction with off-shore partners.
- Experience in database querying (Teradata/Snowflake).
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Background in marketing operations, direct marketing, or data analysis.
- Solid understanding of retail marketing programs.
- Familiarity with operations, direct marketing, and data analysis in a banking or financial institution environment.
