The Role:
We are looking for our next Quality Systems Specialist within our Quality team. The position will support the implementation and maintenance of technical product documentation & Roquette’s controlled documentation (procedures, etc.) and will assist with Roquette’s Quality department by facilitating and/or completing requests generated by the Quality Team, Sales Team, Customer Care Team and directly from customers. This individual will be familiar with company priorities, quality systems to include computer data management systems, HACCP and Food Safety systems, product technical documentation, specifications, regulatory, customer and third-party certifications.
Responsibilities for quality systems include but are not limited to computer systems for quality management (ex. CICS, SAP), product stability programs, documentation system and records management, customer quality and global quality tools (SDOL, GCQR, RMQ, ONEDoc). This position will write, review, and approve responses to customers and various internal / external documents. This position will manage quality master data in SAP.
This position will be in Keokuk, IA.
Compensation:
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $78,700-$91,800. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do:
- Interact with internal and external customers by providing Quality technical documentation for Roquette Americas products.
- Create, Maintain and Update product documentation information for the SDOL tool.
- Independently review and complete customer requests and specifications through the Customer Request Database.
- Manage the input and maintenance of quality master data in SAP for Roquette America sites.
- Manage the renewal of certifications (ex. Kosher, HALAL, Free Sale, 3rd Party Audits).
- Create and Maintain product information and statements for America’s products on ONE/RMQ/SDOL and Quality home page.
- Create purchase requisitions and receive purchase orders in SAP/ARIBA for Quality Department
- Facilitate customer plant audits and 3rd party inspections with Sales and Quality. Assist the Quality group by providing requested documentation and other items that support the audit.
- Create, organize, and maintain files including product and customer files for Quality team.
- Assist with the internal audit program.
- Facilitates the Change Management program for Quality.
- Manage the Quality controlled documentation system in the role of Document Contributor in ONEDoc.
- Create and Manage Quality Documentation (ONE / SDOL/RMQ)
- Facilitate Change Management program for Quality
What You’ll Need:
Education:
- BS/BA degree in Business/Administrative, Scientific, Regulatory or related technical field.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in an administrative support or quality/production technical role in a manufacturing industry
- relationships.
Business Travel:
- This position may require up to 20% business travel
