Job Summary

Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Supervisor located in Columbia, SC. 

Reporting to the Quality Director the Quality Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities related to the Quality Assurance Inspection function, on the manufacturing floor, quarantine of nonconforming goods, while ensuring the policies and processes are followed.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assigns employees and maintains staffing levels to achieve quality control goals.
• Hires and trains quality inspectors and technicians for shift operations.
• Interfaces with HR and finance to address employee-related issues.
• Reviews quality reports, conducts audits, and ensures compliance with procedures.
• Provides supervision to inspectors while liaising with customers and vendors on quality concerns.
• Coordinates with management and production teams to uphold quality objectives and implement corrective actions.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires 6 years related experience
• Manufacturing experience is required, military experience is preferred
• Must have leadership experience
