Job Description

The Protocol Supervisor ensures that our front-line services run without disruptions. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure inspection booking are following customers' requirements;
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers and back office teams to ensure inspection booking are containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection;
  • Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules; and 
  • Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you have:

  • A college degree or higher
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

It also helps if you:

  • Have 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in quality control.
  • Pay a lot of attention to details, even when working fast and meeting tight Deadlines!
