As a Quality Senior Specialist for Collections, Recovery & Auto Operations is responsible for performing comprehensive quality reviews and transactional testing on critical process elements. This role is essential in assessing adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and business practices. The Quality Senior Specialist will conduct independent assessments on a sample of accounts for select operational processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough transactional testing and process reviews to assess adherence to established business procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate processes, analyze results, compare outcomes to procedures, identify exceptions, and escalate issues to the Quality team manager.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation and prepare comprehensive reports and process updates for management review.
  • Collaborate with business and Control partners to review exceptions, discuss results, and recommend process improvement strategies.
  • Participate in quality-related projects and change management activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality standards.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure testing processes remain current and effective.


Required qualifications, skills, and Capabilities:

  • 1+ years of experience in consumer loan Operations, Collections, Loan Servicing, or Quality Control/Assurance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of operational business processes, procedures, and applications.
  • Advanced judgment, analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Highest level of professionalism, self-motivation, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong skills in data analysis and report generation.
