What you need to know about this position:
- Build expertise in a wide range of equipment and technologies, utilising database programs and supporting our drive for producing product first time right.
- Support the implementation of breakthrough technologies, commissioning new equipment, supporting Factory acceptance testing and Process Validation.
- Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement within the laboratories.
- Build quality assurance skills though on the job learning.

Education / Certifications:
- Studying towards or have a Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Consumer Science, Microbiology or Analytical chemistry.
Job specific requirements:
As a Quality Inservice trainee working in Micro laboratory, Analytical laboratory or Raw material and packaging sampling, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and analyzing samples for analytical or micro or raw materials and packaging parameters.
- Sampling of raw material and packaging materials.
- Releasing of packaging materials on SAP.
- Read, capture, and communicate results to manufacturing and supporting functions.
- Prepare media and reagents required for testing - Microlab
- Adhere to GLP and participate in GLP audits by providing support to close audit findings.
- Communicating with other departments concerning quality and processing issues.
