職務内容

自社製造品の品質を検査し関連部門との問題点の把握　並びに改善点の評価によりそれを正しく維持管理する品質管理保証業務。
並びに安全、衛生、環境(Health, Safety, Environment) に関し責任部署として日本、並びに親会社の各種規定に従い、マネージメントシステムを構築管理し、実施することで堺工場の安全、効率的な活動を維持継続する。

1. 自社製造品の品質を精査しその品質を維持管理保証する
2. それぞれに関わる社内規定の導入、更新の準備、トレーニング等計画立案、実施（ISO9001/14001, Directive, Local Procedureなど）
3. 工場内HSE関連状況の把握、解析、改善のためデータ解析、分析、報告ならびに改善対策の立案、実行
4. 上記活動における社内外の関係者連携とそれぞれの監査・評価会議等の準備、対応、指導、支援を行う
　　　　a. General Audit
　　　　b. HSE関連　Audit/意見交換
　　　　c. Process関連　監査（HAZOP,　Machinery Safetyなど）のサポート
　　　　d. HSE,IMS、月次会議への出席（APAC)
　　　　e. TPU Global Safety会議への出席など

Job Description

Quality control and assurance responsibilities involve inspecting the quality of in-house manufactured products, identifying issues in collaboration with relevant departments, and evaluating improvements to maintain proper quality management.

Additionally, as the responsible department for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), the role involves establishing and managing a management system in accordance with various Japanese and parent company regulations and implementing it to maintain and continue safe and efficient operations at the Sakai plant.

1. Scrutinize the quality of in-house manufactured products and maintain quality management assurance

2. Plan and implement the introduction and updating of related internal regulations, prepare for training, etc. (ISO9001/14001, Directives, Local Procedures, etc.)

3. Analyze data, report, and plan and execute improvement measures to understand, analyze, and improve HSE-related situations within the factory

4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the above activities, and prepare for, respond to, guide, and support various audits and evaluation meetings

　a. General Audit

　b. HSE-related Audit/opinion exchange

　c. Support for Process-related audits (HAZOP, Machinery Safety, etc.)

　d. Attend HSE, IMS monthly meetings (APAC)

　e. Attend TPU Global Safety meetings, etc.

応募要件

（いずれも必須）
【学歴】大学卒以上
【職務経験】製造工場におけるHSEQ関連業務、並びに品質保証に関する業務経験
【スキル等】
　・英語でのコミュニケーション力（読解、会話、会議参加）

　・ビジネスレベルの日本語
　・化学基礎知識（有機・高分子）
　・MS Office特にエクセル等によるデータ解析の出来る方

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

Work Experience:

• Experience in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) related work in a manufacturing plant
• Experience in quality assurance activities

Skills:

• English communication skills (reading comprehension, conversation, and participation in meetings)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
• Basic knowledge of chemistry (organic and polymer)
• Ability to perform data analysis using MS Office, especially Excel
