In this role, you will collaborate closely with division stakeholders across the organization to coordinate activities related to processes and operating models, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement & Analysis: Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques to lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • ISO Audits: Facilitate and lead ISO audits, while conducting comprehensive process and project-level assessments.
  • Quality Leadership: Support and lead quality activities at both site and global levels, driving initiatives that uphold and enhance product and process standards.
  • Strategic Quality Control: Facilitate and lead strategic efforts in designing and deploying innovative quality control approaches to meet organizational needs.
  • Cultural Transformation: Drive and enable a culture of risk-based thinking and change management across the business unit, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional and organizational project teams to develop and implement improvement actions aimed at reducing customer complaints and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Analysis & Trends: Review and analyze quality results, conduct trend analysis and root cause investigations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Corrective & Preventive Actions: Drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions while monitoring trends to evaluate their effectiveness and ensure sustained improvement.
  • Global Team Leadership: Lead a global team, providing strategic direction and fostering collaboration to achieve quality objectives.


Who are you?
An enthusiastic and accomplished Quality professional with a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of overall work experience, including 7-8 years of relevant expertise. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in quality management and process improvement, paired with a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is required, while additional certifications such as CMMI and ASPICE are highly valued.
  • Business Excellence Models: Exposure to and implementation experience with various Business Excellence models such as EFQM and Malcolm Baldrige are preferred.
  • Strategic Thinking & Change Management: Proficiency in Risk-Based Thinking, the ability to adopt and manage change effectively, and experience as an Agile practitioner.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in implementing and administering Quality Assurance metrics and processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is desirable, with Black Belt certification being a significant advantage.
  • Quality Control Systems: Hands-on experience with Quality Control Systems and Tools, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), is strongly desired.
  • GIS/Mapping Expertise: Domain knowledge in GIS/Mapping is an added advantage.
