Job Description

• Leads QMM team, supervises their activities and responsibilities
• Supervises of the plant quality management system
• Drives the creation/implementation of necessary processes and ensures compliance with introduced processes
• Submits quality reports to all functions: Plant management, business units and GBs other
• Organizes monthly (QMS) and quarterly (business unit level) meetings
• Organizes yearly MRM-Q events with BU and GB and BV (if needed)
• Monitors the implementation of quality basics for 5 Value Streams and 3 business units
• Coordinates preventive and corrective quality management system/actions for non fulfillment of quality assurance requirements
• Promotes awareness of the importance of customer demands throughout the organization
• Creates awareness for quality
• Creates, revises, communicates and tracks the Q-strategy and quality targets in PcIP
• Organizes meetings with plant management and informs about the activities of the quality management system, as well as the improvements that need to be done
• Other activities upon employer's request

Qualifications

• University degree (Master) in the field of engineering, quality of similar
• 7 + years of experience (in automotive area)
• Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German would be advantage
• Systematic and proactive person, leadership experience, experience in production or quality management
• Knowledge of quality systems
