Job Description
eQMS project engineering - Internship
Stage – Support the digitalization of Quality Processes with the implementation of an eQMS Solution
5-6 months starting in September 2025
Based in LyonGerland
Job Description:
- Participate in the digitalization of QMS processes by updating the Quality Documentation:
- Draft instructions that describe the quality processes in the eQMS
- Improve current Procedures.
- Help / Train document owners to perform Periodic Reviews of documents (Procedures/Work instructions, etc.) and updates of the documentation
- Computerized System Validation:
- Participate to the validation effort of eQMS solution
- Maintenance of the Validated state of the system
- Project support
- Support roll out of the eQMS on new sites
- Matrix for QMS documentation certifications
This description takes into account the main tasks but is not exhaustive.
Qualifications
Last year of Engineer Degree or Master degree (Quality Assurance or Engineering for Medical devices)
You have knowledge in Quality Systems, preferably in medical devices standards (ISO 13485:2016).
You’re fluent in English and French.
You have good communication abilities to bring changes in a complex organization.
