Job Description
We need a diverse workforce to do our best work. We need the makers, the forward thinkers, the problem solvers, and everything in between. That is where you come in. We are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to support our Twinsburg manufacturing facility.
You will report to the Operations Leader and work onsite in Twinsburg, Ohio.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be supporting the organization's Quality Management System and day-to-day manufacturing operations. This position requires the ability to contribute passion and improvement ideas.
- You will provide the opportunity to lead structured problem solving and focuses on driving improvements in an electronic assembly and finished goods environment.
- Manage quality metrics to improvement targets and facilitate improvement actions to ensure continuous improvements
- Lead structured problem solving while build effective working relationships across the organization.
- Ensure that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed.
- Provide quality support to the Quality Management System by ensuring compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically needs a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Bachelor' degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Electronics, Electronic Components or Printed Circuit Board Assembly• Manufacturing Environment.
- Demonstrated high proficiency of computer skills including working knowledge of MS office
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and experience in structured problem solving (example A3, 8D, quick problem solving).
