Quality Engineer(APQP & USW)

Description :

As a quality engineer, your mission is to ensure the progress of the pre-series phase of the project, while guaranteeing a product and process deliverable validated according to the client's CSRs and APTIV standards.

Among your roles :

• Study, interpret and apply specific customer requirements.
• Manage the problem-solving process.
• Be responsible for compliance with product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping
• Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring the application and compliance with customer expectations. (concerning the APQP part)
• Manage the progress of the APQP phases.
• Ensure the monitoring of the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or deviation by leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to restore the situation.
• Participate in system release meetings and alert in the event of non-feasibility.
• Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings.
• Participate in feasibility study meetings.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with monitoring plans.
• Define, set up and qualify the necessary resources to ensure process monitoring.
• Create and communicate PPAP files to customers.

Your background :

• Engineering diploma in mechatronics, electronics, or equivalent
• Experience of 2 years in automotive industry
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
• Sense of urgency and priority setting 
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Fluent English
