The Role

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Perform both Quality Assurance (QA) and environment management tasks.
  • Provide basic support and testing support to external clients, specifically Cuscal.
  • Coordinate regression activities across multiple organizations.
  • Attend daily standups with the client team when necessary.
  • Ensure quality of software and environments through rigorous testing and management.

Technical Skills:

  • Quality Assurance: Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Environment Management: Experience in managing and maintaining test environments.
  • Client Support: Ability to provide basic support and testing coordination to external clients.
  • Card Acquiring: Prior experience with card acquiring preferred.

Experience:

  • 6-7 years of experience in quality engineering, QA, and environment management.
  • Previous experience working with external clients.
  • Experience in coordinating regression activities and handling regular changes.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Perform QA tasks including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Manage and maintain test environments to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Provide basic support to external clients, addressing their day-to-day needs.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including regression testing, across multiple organizations.
  • Attend and participate in daily standups with the client team as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with external clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Adaptability to work during early morning hours.
