Position Summary
Ensure the accuracy of quality control equipment and systems; effective collection of quality data and carrying out statistical analysis. Support the plant in the identification of quality related issues. Continuously review product parameters to look for process improvement activities.
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables

Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques as a tool to support process capability and to assist in corrective action activities as appropriate.

Responsible for the measurement system analysis, which includes the maintenance, scheduling, test planning, calibration and analytical testing, calculations, and reports.

Develop and implement instructions and methods for inspecting, testing, calibrating, and evaluation of products, equipment and processes.

Ensure Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) reviewed for every produced batch and released in timely manner.

Ensure certificates for equipment and devices requiring calibration remain current and up to date.

Assist Quality Manager with quality product development, trial tests, and customer audits.

Assist with development and assessment of quality training for existing and new employees.

Assist in root cause analysis for nonconforming products and customer complaints.

Assist in the execution of a periodic gap analysis between established goals and objectives in terms of product quality.

Perform special quality tests as required.

Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Implement, ensure and monitor all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO and BRCGS standards and guidelines on Health & Safety.

Monitoring and testing of critical control points (CCPs)

Member of HARA team.

Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
-
3 years’ experience in a similar position in manufacturing/industrial environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Previous experience in quality metrics and reporting.
-
Excellent time management skills.
-
HARA, ISO, and BRCGS knowledge.
