Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize quality data to drive continuous improvement of manufacturing procedures and processes and eliminate potential future quality defects
  • Provide technical support for factory operations for current products and oversee dispositions for non-conforming components
  • Investigate, identify, communicate, and resolve warranty and field related quality issues on JDSP products
  • Perform product and process verification audits and lead cross functional teams supporting continuous improvements activities


What Skills You Need

  • Three or more (3+) years of quality expertise in manufacturing or a related discipline.
  • Versed in quality management principles, methods, tactical quality tools, and special processes controls.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems.


What Makes You Stand Out

  • A track record of performing in a team environment.
  • ASQ CQE/ CQA/ Six Sigma certification
  • Versed in PowerBI or other data related management tool


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, or similar and applicable engineering discipline
