You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
How you will contribute
You will support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.
What you will bring:
- Managing in-process and finished goods product quality and food safety, hold and release procedures and troubleshooting of operation related issues.
- Implementation of food safety and quality system to ensure compliances with Mondelez Global Policies, FSSC 22000, applicable customer, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Implementation of required prerequisite programs such as complaint handling and investigation, verification and validation activities, environmental hygiene and zoning control, calibration, training, sanitation and pest control.
- Implementation of Mondelez Integrated Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management pillar standard work processes, defects and losses elimination.
- Conducting periodical audits and inspection to ensure plant compliances with requirements.
- Ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions for consumer complaint elimination and system continual improvement.
- Support in new product trial run, material productivity, new machines installation, conducting required validation and qualification activities.

- Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' hands on experience as QA Executive in food manufacturing
- Knowledge on GMP & HACCP, ISO22000 or FSSC 22000
- Must be willing to based in Shah Alam Plant
