Role Summary:
As a QA Engineer Auxiliary Systems, you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality assurance programs and procedures. This position involves the translation of customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to achieve those requirements. You will work closely with the Senior QA Engineer Auxiliary Systems including non-conformity management and supplier corrective actions reviews. You will also address the day-to-day issues with production quality within the manufacturing plant, at customer sites and supplier facilities.
Responsibilities & Requirements:

Coordinate with production to plan and execute inbound and production checks,

Manage relations with customers or third-party inspectors for Auxiliary System,

Participate in external supplier quality testing,

Participate in Continuous Improvement Process/CI events,

Monitor product portfolio KPI’s and drive effective root cause analyses, set out corrective actions where appropriate to address gaps to agreed target,

Maintain and analyse data to provide information or identify problems for management and stakeholders on the state of a process or product quality,

Create awareness on site regarding what opportunities have been discovered or developed and how to realize them,

Collaborate with the department or other company departments to clarify / resolve issues related to QA activities,

Offer all documents as per QAP to customer after coordinating with internal departments and closing all documentation queries,

Affinity or willingness to learn about PED, ATEX, ASME IX,

Manage changing priorities adequately,

The QA engineer will report directly to the QA supervisor.
Your Profile:

Bachelor (HBO) level working and thinking level, obtained through education and/or experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English is mandatory
-
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the field.

Experience in engineering and utilization of Lean and Six Sigma tools such as TIMWOODS

Understanding of product / process flow

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)
