Job Description

Your responsibilities as Quality Engineer will be:

  • Design quality plans and apply quality tools and methods during industrialization of new products.
  • Monitor and report quality results during the new products industrialization phase.
  • Coordinate or participate in problem solving with structured methods; verify the effectiveness, track and handle response to complaints ensuring they are timely and adequate.
  • Support improvement projects to enhance process performance, product quality or product reliability.
  • Participate in regular quality meetings (process and customer);
  • Monitor product and process quality performance during serial manufacturing.
  • Report KPI / Quality Results to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Engineering degree (Electronics prefered);
  • Knowledge of quality and improvement tools (FMEA, 8D, 6 Sigma, CIP);
  • Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology processes (preferred)
  • Experience in quality and problem solving in industrial environment (minimum 3 years)
  • Proficient in English - spoken and written;
  • SAP experience (preferred);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Team-worker and dynamic person.
  • Resilient and self motivated
  • Enjoy problem solving activities
