ROLE SUMMARY:
This role is part of Global Technology and Engineering Center (GTEC). The activities of this role are primarily focus on Quality Assurance, Creation of Dossiers and Customer documentation. The incumbent performs quality inspections and collection of job documentation.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Review Transfer files and participate in the Kickoff meetings.
- Create preliminary Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) based on PMU, datasheets, Specifications, and technical clarifications from order entry process.
- Create final Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) based on Transfer files information considering customer clarifications.
- Manage the documents system and information Flow for dossier elaboration.
- Have strong collaboration with project team.
- Responsible for identifying upgrades opportunities for processes and products.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Meet project timelines for engineering documentation and gathers approvals at the first issue.
- Collaborate with BU’s and GTEC Engineers to improve the Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, accuracy, and timeliness of customer documentation.
SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of related experience.
- Overall knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Overall knowledge on International standards (ASME, ISO 9001, ASTM, API, etc.).
- Analytical, problem solving and computer skills.
- Good planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Intermediate English verbal and in written form.
- Communicate professionally and with accepted business etiquette.
- Collaborative interpersonal skills.
