Our Quality Analysts at Franciscan are responsible for analysis of performance, safety, clinical, and compliance data and information. The analyst aggregate and report data for analysis of performance improvement opportunities. This role supports Quality team members in the maintenance of an organizational quality measurement system of databases and scorecards.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Validate and assure integrity and accuracy of all data.

Analyze small and large data sets, which may include using statistical techniques within Microsoft Excel and other statistical software.

Evaluate and interpret results and provides a written summary of the data analysis. Translate technical data and presents the final analysis in terms understandable to the appropriate audience.

Prepare presentations utilizing presentation software including presenting data and text in charts, graphs, and tables.

Perform data or information collection from various sources, which may include chart audits, internally and externally derived reports, regulatory entities, or other external sources or agencies as assigned.

May provide administrative support for Quality Management committees including, but not limited to: scheduling meetings, notifying members of meetings and assignments, preparing reports and presentations, preparing and distributing meeting materials, recording meeting minutes and maintaining committee files.

May provide support with accreditation/certification requirements

Conduct advanced data mining in a timely and accurate manner as required by the program/project.

Utilize computer systems and available data sets to obtain relevant data on specific issues.

Collect and report OPPE, FPPE, and assists with peer review, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's Degree - Required

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

3 years Healthcare/Health Insurance/Health Information Management/Risk or related field - Required

4 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite Products - Preferred
