Here’s what you will be doing:
- Real time data collection, management, and reporting to support the daily business operations of Quality Control and Returns.
- Serve as front line quality control support by periodically monitoring returned merchandise to determine root cause of defect (handling, manufacture, and packaging).
- Recognize problems or issues in a timely manner with either equipment, materials, process or personnel, and customer information.
- Receive and review returning shipments for chargeback processing and accurate return reporting.
- Understand business process management and business requirements of Quality Control to enhance all business functions including Customer Service, Delivery, and all aspects of Distribution including the returns team.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigate customer complaints; collaborate with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
- Travel to multiple locations to ensure business requirements are met.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage one’s own time especially with respect to project deadlines.
- Capable of identifying root cause and execute process improvement solutions.
