How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and analyze feedback on regulatory inspection readiness training.

  • Identify areas for improvement in training materials and delivery.

  • Contribute to the development of updated training content to enhance effectiveness and engagement.

  • Ensure materials align with current Edwards and regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Provide additional support for audit programs, as necessary.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship

  • Pursuing bachelor's degree, master's degree, or Ph.D in life sciences, engineering, or related discipline. Law school candidates will also be considered.

  • Must graduate December 2025 or later.

  • Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)

  • Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.

  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.

  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

  • Technical writing skills.

  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
