Job Description:Performs a broad range of data and quality analysis along with quality plan responsibilities to many areas. Position conducts quality data analysis on current performance, coordinates and performs analysis with recommendations to Essentia Health's 5 Star committees, as well as to Essentia Medical groups, acts as a liaison between operations, leaders and quality to ensure they have relevant data, and have the ability to identify areas of opportunity for quality improvement, guides quality improvement initiatives, and ensures timely and accurate submission of quality data to Vizient. Expected to provide input and guidance to other team members, to proactively identify opportunities and to lead projects with moderate to high complexity, risk and scope.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration or related field.
