Essential duties and responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

Interface with internal and external program participants, coordinate overall training initiatives to support program requirements
-
Support the maintenance and updates of Treasury specific training plans
-
Plan and conduct validity and reliability studies to detect trends to make recommendations for necessary changes in the training program
-
Verify compliance with work standards, to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any other contract procedures/requirements
-
Recommend changes in SOP’s, Property Management Handbook (PMH), production standards, administrative procedures, and other actions to foster will improvement on contract performance
-
Conduct internal and external (subcontractors & vendors) quality assurance reviews and audits
-
Maintain a current collection of internal and external training resources. Prepare training reports and individual training records
-
Conduct training needs assessments and respond to training requests identified by managers
-
Determine staff skill levels and training needs using various methods: review of quality assurance data, needs assessment surveys, participant course evaluations, and employee/management feedback
-
Prepare and create audio visual materials, manuals, handbooks, job aids, and other training materials as needed
-
Coordinate with PMO leaders and develop New Employee Orientation (NEO) program, providing updates and refresher training as program changes are implemented
-
Implement and keep track of all employee morale and retention milestones
-
Maintains and provides all contractual deliverables to the customer and program
-
Monitors root cause and corrective action for process improvement
-
Provides technical guidance and problem resolution
-
Assist with writing manuals and other documentation
-
Interact with and support customers through the application of specific program knowledge in the execution of program management tasks
-
Contract Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Management & Government Furnished Property (GFP)
-
Track and asset-tag all contract GFE & GFP, and coordinate with Contracts Manager/Administrator to ensure contractual requirements are met
-
Coordinate with all PMO & Region managers and update GFE list as needed
-
Conduct annual GFE review and recommend upgrades, replacement, and disposal as need
-
-
Timesheet Coordinator – responsible for reviewing timesheets each week for accurate charge projects; correct timesheets on an as needed basis
-
Create & issue Work Authorization Forms annually for all Treasury contract employees
-
Assist in other departments as needed, including Risk Management, Marketing & Sales, and Operations
-
Assist employees with proper expense report creation and completion
-
Additional assigned tasks as needed.
The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:

Must be a U.S. citizens or permanent legal resident citizens of the U.S. having the legal right to work in the U.S.

Must successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check
-
Must successfully complete a drug screening
Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:
-
Bachelor’s Degree
-
Five (5) years of experience
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Visio
-
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
-
Ability to use and interpret the applicable documents as described in the contract
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills to draft effective trainings and presentations, communicate with customers, and to disseminate information to a wide audience
-
Attention to detail to successfully analyze and evaluate trends, maintain detailed records
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team to effectively interact with personnel at all levels
-
Strong command of the English language both verbally and written
-
Strong administrative and organizational skills

Demonstrate a professional work ethic

Basic understanding of geography
