The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Quality Assurance Support role will make an impact:

• Conduct batch quality oversight, transport temperature check

• Conduct batch record revision for secondary packaging activities

• Perform SAP batch disposition for distribution to the Italian market

• Ensure the right support to logistic team for all activities related to daily stock alignment

• Give updated instructions to the third party warehouse for samples management

• Manage electronic and paper files storage related to all the activities performed

• Collaborate with the colleagues of the quality team for SOPs issuance and maintenance

• Ensure the correct flow communication between Third Party Warehouses and local QA in order to guarantee the GDP application

• Perform the registration and follow up of Pre-market supply incident and related CAPAs on the system

• Interaction with Affiliates/TPMs for supporting/managing the investigations

• Perform other duties as assigned

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• 1/2 years of working experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry

• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, national pharmaceutical legislations (Decreto Legislativo n.219/2006)

• Problem solving and team working

• Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis

• Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems

• Good knowledge of English and Italian language, both written and spoken.
