Quality Assurance Specialist -
Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:

Assess current and proposed ancillary insurance marketing presentations submitted by peers to determine accuracy in plan designs, rates, financials and formatting.

Record and report results of quality assessments, including any discrepancies and areas for improvement.

Work closely with other departments (Ex. Training and Development & Benefit and Marketing Analyst Team) to address quality issues.

Works closely with Benefit and Marketing team leads to understand individual broker requirements

Keep accurate and organized records of peer reviews, ensuring traceability and adherence to review processes.

Generate score cards on quality performance and trends for management review.

Analyze the peer review process and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
A Successful Candidate Will:

Be intuitive and proactive. Possess a growth mindset, taking initiative to identify and resolve quality issues.

Achieve high productivity levels while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment

Demonstrate industry knowledge. Have a minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance within the group health/life insurance sector.

Proficient in Excel and familiar with QA tools and methodologies.

Experience with D365 or other related CRM

Exhibit attention to detail. Leverage strong organizational skills to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in quality assessments.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $26 to $28 per hour.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
