This position will be on second shift with occasional 1st shift overlap hours to meet required Operations Associate training needs.
In this role, you will drive quality training actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in order to meet or exceed all regulatory and customer requirements and expectations.
Daily activities include:

• Train new operators to be able to perform critical solder/assembly skills to support the quality of our products
• Support recertification of existing operators on certified processes
• Workmanship audit support on an as needed basis

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor of Science in related discipline with 1 year of direct experience, or Associate's Degree with 5 years of direct experience.
• Experience in manufacturing.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in electronics manufacturing.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
