This position will be on first shift with occasional 2ond shift overlap hours to meet required Operations Associate training needs.
In this role, you will drive quality training actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in order to meet or exceed all regulatory and customer requirements and expectations.
Daily activities include:

• Train new operators to be able to perform critical solder/assembly skills to support the quality of our products

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS in related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• BS in Engineering, Human Resource, related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
