What you will do as a Quality Assurance Analyst
- Show up for assigned shift and adhere schedule as based in myHR.
- To conduct call evaluations and utilize QA Guidelines as based for scoring.
- To consolidate markdowns and important updates for company Newsletter.
- Participate in internal and client calibration sessions to maintain consistency and alignment in QA evaluations
What ClearSource Needs from You?
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a Training or Supervisory role.
- Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in call center software and systems, as well as basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate audit findings clearly with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify compliance issues, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Flexibility to adapt auditing methods and tools to various processes, standards, and industry requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage audit schedules, documentation, and reporting, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
