Quality Assistant – part-time contract
c. 15 hours per week over two days beginning on 1st May 2025 ending 31st Dec 2026
This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Student to gain experience within the Quality department of a large pharmaceutical company, working closely with the Quality Manager, Responsible Person and the local Quality team in Finland. As Quality Assistant you will ensure that the product customer complaints for the commercial operating unit are handled. This is a critical activity and could have a direct impact to product quality and regulatory compliance.
In this role you will…
- Ensure that product customer complaints are timely handled and recorded, supporting an effective complaints management process ensuring the assessment of potential issues are determined as quickly as possible and linked to the adverse event reporting process and local product incident process if/as appropriate.
- Report and follow up on product complaints with manufacturing sites and customers.
- Assist with other Quality tasks as supervised by the Quality Manager, Responsible Person.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Pharmacy or equivalent university student
- Fluent in Finnish and strong written and conversational English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to commit to 15 hours per week (with flexibility) until end of 2026
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Prioritises and co-ordinates all areas of own work to meet relevant goals
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
