Job Description

Summary

You will manage business process quality and Quality Management System, field operation safety, LCS ISO 9001 certification maintenance and jointly driving the productivity (continuous improvement) in the 4 sub-regions: SPR, JPN, KOR, and SEA.

Report Line

You will report to QUALITY AND CI MANAGER, AP

Main Accountability

  • Promote business process compliance, implement Quality Gate Review, manage LCS Quality Management system, conduct internal quality audit, support management review meeting, support external audit.
  • Develop quality management skill in LCS organization such as conducting training and awareness program.
  • Support customer loyalty improvement, including supporting customer survey and customer complaint resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement plan, working with regional CI team and jointly driving the CI movements in the responsible sub-regions.
  • Support tracking RA product quality issue, especially for Product Safety Advisory, and support corresponding product warranty activities.
  • Support specific business requests relevant to QMS such as supporting process owners in building procedural documents.
  • Provide field operation safety leadership for project team and lead the implementation of HQ programs.
  • Support new quality programs through participation and engaging others. Champion new projects; act as a catalyst of change and stimulate others to change; pave the way for needed changes; implement programs.
  • Respond with urgency to internal/external customer needs and solve complex customer problems. Approach problem solving by keeping the needs of internal/external customers in the forefront.
  • Know and use business metrics relevant to your responsibilities and understand how it ties to the next level up.
  • Support LCS field operation employees with Pre-job Safety Assessment audits, Safety Plans and "Safety Straight Talks".
  • Support business team with customer questionnaires and general field operation safety related queries from customers.

  • Experience in project management.
  • High level of expertise of quality management system.
  • Basic knowledge of automation products.
  • Experience in Industry & Application Knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of measurement and calibration relevant to SSB engineering.
  • Basic level of data statistics and analysis skill.

Educational Qualifications/Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electric, Automation or Engineering field, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Typically, 3 or more years of related experience in a project-oriented environment.
  • Experienced in Quality Management System for ISO 9001 and EHS.
