Job Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent skills and knowledge
• Must be an IATF certified Auditor
• Must have automotive experience
• Experience in an administrative support function/document control
• Advanced skills in MS Office software and applications
• Strong computer skills and experience required.
• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems related to ISO 9001 & IATF 16949.
• Working Knowledge of Core Tools and how they link / effect processes.
• Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Able to work well with others; build and maintain positive Team Member relations
• Able to prepare, read and interpret written reports, correspondence, instructions, procedures, and guidelines.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, Team Members, suppliers, and customers.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.
• Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Ability to address non-conformances with responsible departments.
